Returns without approval can't be accepted.
What condition must items be in?
Unworn, unwashed, original condition, tags attached.
Who pays return shipping?
Customers pay return and customs costs, except if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, then we cover it.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 2–4 business days after inspection, and appear in 3–5 business days depending on your bank.
