RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To start your return, simply contact our support team at info@william-london.com with your:
- Order number
- Full name
- Reason for the return
Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed
- All original tags, liners, and packaging must be intact
- The product must be in resellable condition
Returns showing signs of wear, stains, perfume, damage or misuse may be rejected after inspection.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping and any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective or damaged on arrival), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Please note: customs delays are outside our control and do not qualify as valid reasons for a refund.
If your order contained a bundle, the complete bundle must be returned.
Individual items from a bundle cannot be returned separately.
Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
Please include photos for faster resolution.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size, color or style, the quickest method is:
- Return the item for a refund
- Place a new order for the item you want
This avoids waiting for inventory to be processed.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received at our warehouse, the inspection takes 2–4 business days.
If approved, your refund will be issued immediately.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, the funds will appear on your statement within 3–5 business days.
